UPDATED - what to do if you make a State age qualifying time at the Christmas Classis - call for expressions of interest in being part of a CASC relay team at NSW State Age Championships - programs and qualifying times for all NSW State meets for 2009. NOTE - there have been a couple of changes since the programs were first published.
