Winter Development Series - final pointscore

Also, has results from all meets in the series. Also, IMPORTANT NOTE about timekeeping at the meet and future meets.

Time keeping

With the upcoming development meet this weekend, CASC will be running with a new system to assist with the allocation of timekeepers.  This system will be used at all local meets from now on.

At the meet a timekeeping roster will available listing all family names of swimmers attending the meet.   Parents are being requested that they ensure that their family name is crossed off and that they allocate themselves at least 1 period for timekeeping (usually 1 - 2 hours).

If you are unfamiliar with time keeping rest assured the process is simple and you will be sitting with parents who will be able to assist you in understanding the process. This can also be a fun opportunity to be engaged in the meet and also a great way to learn more at about you child’s activities in the club

Parents who are engaged as technical officials at the meet will be exempt from timekeeping.

Please remember it is your responsibility to have your family crossed off the list. A parent will circulate the timekeeping list so please be aware of it and get your name on the list early so you secure a time slot that bests suits you.

Regards

Ron Collins
President

Reminder

All swimmers need a parent with them at the pool to help out with timekeeping.
